Our programme that gets young people into regatta sailing. Once you have graduated from the Blue Fleet then this is your next step. The sailors own OPTIMIST or P CLASS is used.
Our programme that keeps young people progressing in sailing. The youth squad is for STARLING and ILCA sailors and includes weekly coaching and a series of clinics, plus match racing, teams racing and foiling opportunities. There is also a coach development pathway for sailors in the youth squad.
Full on coaching for youth sailors in the Starling and ILCA 6 classes. (ILCA 6: 3 days, 9 to11 December. Starlings: 2 days, 10 & 11 December)
